Holokai is the leader of our operations team, and works to ensure everything runs smoothly. He coordinates produce deliveries with co-op members and other suppliers, and production schedules with the processing supervisors; to maintain appropriate product and supply inventory levels and to restock as needed. Holokai is known for his ability to fix anything, he is the MacGyver of our team and even designed and built our ulu washing machine by modifying an existing vegetable washer.
