4. Sign & Return Agreement:

If approved by the board, you’ll get a notification from our staff.

We have two Membership Classes – Associate Members and Producer Members.

Associate Members are farmers with young, non-producing trees and are only required to pay for annual dues ($25/yr). Their common stock fee ($100, one-time, redeemable upon exiting co-op) is due when their trees reach maturity and they begin selling fruit to the co-op.

Producer Members are farmers with mature, producing trees and are expected to deliver at least 25 lbs a year to remain in good standing. New Producer Members receive a Membership Agreement to sign, which serves as their Certificate of Common Voting stock as a co-op member-owner.

5. Pay New Member Dues & Common Stock Fee:

Annual member dues are $25 per year and go towards supporting a small portion of our ongoing member services. Both Producer and Associate Members pay their initial annual dues upon joining the co-op.

One share of Common Voting Stock (Class A) costs $100 and is available to Producer Members, only. Common Stock is non-transferable but may be fully redeemed upon withdrawing from the co-op at any time; alternatively, departing members may choose to donate the $100 common stock fee back to the co-op upon exiting.

6. Receive Membership Packet:

After paying dues, you will be sent a packet containing membership documents, production guides, and a fully executed stock certificate (if onboarding as a Producer Member).
