Kenta Nemoto
As their Marketing Manager, Kenta leads the cooperative’s marketing strategy and implementation. He works to promote our brand with the goal of increasing awareness, community connections, and sales revenues. He is responsible for designing and developing our online presence, contributing his creative and technical skills in making our marketing tools attractive and functional for both our customers and members.
Before the Cooperative
Kenta grew up in Kaimukī, on Oʻahu where he worked as a web and graphic designer. He relocated to Hawaiʻi Island in 2012 to pursue farming. Prior to the co-op he was actively working in the agritourism sector. He planted a multi-story cacao food forest with over 160 different species of tropical fruit and hardwood trees and makes chocolate on a small scale.
